About me

I am Monika, a Certified Life Coach, Certified Executive Coach, and Certified NLP Practitioner, currently
preparing for ICF accreditation.

Since I can remember, people have been my greatest passion. Working
with people is my biggest motivation and energy driver, and knowing that I can improve their quality of
life is my greatest success.

Originally from Poland, I now reside in Barcelona, Spain, a city I adore for its vibrant and happy people.
The warm smiles and welcoming energy of the locals are truly inspiring, as many seem to find happiness
with what they have.

I am 33 years old and hold a Master’s degree in International Human Resources, specialization coming
from Economy and Management field. My studies were a combination of three universities: Nicolaus
University in Poland, Saimaa University of Applied Sciences in Finland, and the University of Angers in
France. What I love most about my education is the variety and diversity of people I met along the
way—I learned so much from all of them.

In my professional career, I work as a Leadership Development Program Manager at Amazon in Spain.
This role is centered around people, helping them develop their leadership skills through managing
programs focused on emotional intelligence, soft skills, and coaching. Additionally, I deliver training
sessions, both in person and virtually, always with a coaching mindset.

Besides that, I am passionate about psychology and understanding our brains more, reading, running
and swimming. I also like to dance some salsa as it helps unlock my happiness.

People and understanding happiness are my greatest passion !
